    We have high qualified, experienced and quality database in all category of skilled and unskilled manpower.

    REPLACEMENT AND ROTATION OF PERSONNEL: -

    In order to avoid undue familiarity and acquaintances SATYAM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS rotates its labours as on required basis. If the client is not satisfied with any of the labours, merely a phone call will be sufficient to transfer him within twenty four hours, however we reserve the right to change our staff from premises of the clients at any times and when found necessary. If any of our contracts Labours Employed in your premises commit any misconduct it shall be our responsibility to take disciplinary action against them promptly in accordance with the law. We ensure that all the Contract Labours so engaged report for duty regularly in the assigned shift and carry out jobs as may be entrusted without causing any pecuniary loss. Management has the right to increase and decrease the Labours.
